Chard Rugby Club will hold its AGM on the 27th of April 2017 at 7:00pm at the Clubhouse.

The evening will start with the Chairman's report followed by the financial and the Secretary report and then the election of officers for the coming season.

The following positions will need to be filled with both familiar and new faces to ensure the success of the club both on and of the field.

  • Secretary
  • Director of Rugby
  • Treasurer
  • Fixtures Secretary
  • Referees point of contact
  • Sponsorship Secretary
  • Press Officer
  • Head Coach
  • Fundraising Secretary
  • Players Representative
  • Grants Secretary
  • SPs Secretary
  • Matchday Host
  • Membership Secretary

If you are interested in retaining or taking on any of the above roles please let Mike Berry know by email before the 25th of April if possible, if more than one person is interested in a role then a vote will take place.

After the election of officers the floor will be open for questions and any other business if you would like to send your question in advance please do to Mike Berry by email.
